Last compulsory jab at 19months

I went to see Dr Simon for my DPT/Polio jab

which is also the last compulsory one.

But mummy added one more jab for me :

Hepatitis A

My next visit will be 6 months later

Assessment was also done for me

Weight : 11.5kg

Length : 82cm

Head Circumference : 48.5cm

Dr Simon commented

i am doing very well for my age group
